Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription? Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RecoverAI → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device? Open the app, go through to the paywall screen, and tap Restore Purchase at the bottom of the screen.

How do I delete my account and all my data? Open the app, go to Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data within 30 days.

I was charged but cannot access the app. Tap Restore Purchase on the subscription screen first. If that does not work email us at [email protected] with your Apple ID email and we will resolve it quickly.

The app is not working correctly. Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue continues email us at [email protected] with a description of what is happening, your iPhone model, and your iOS version.

Is RecoverAI a medical app? No. RecoverAI provides educational movement and recovery guidance only. It is not a medical service and does not replace a licensed physical therapist or healthcare professional. Always consult a professional if you have serious or worsening symptoms.

How do I switch my active recovery plan? Go to the History tab, find the plan you want to switch to, and tap Set as Active.

How do I turn off notifications? Go to Account → toggle off Notifications. You can also manage notifications from your iPhone Settings → Notifications → RecoverAI.

How do I reassess my plan? After 10 days on a plan a Reassess button will appear on your Dashboard. Tap it to start a check-in and update your plan based on your progress.
